Hannah Brown

I am a third year PhD candidate at the National University of Singapore advised by Prof. Kenji Kawaguchi. My research interests are in trustworthy natural language processing—specifically measuring and improving social bias, privacy leakage, and copyright violation in large language models. My interest in NLP comes from my background in sociolinguistics, which I try to incorporate into my research whenever possible.

Outside of research, you can find me looking for new ways to ride a bicycle around Singapore, reading, or practicing Aikido.
